Visits and use of the site
We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or identify you. We see totals such as page views, countries and which pages are read most.
Anonymous activity counts
To show the public value of DAQIQ, our website also counts how often its tools and resources are used: for example, how many quizzes are completed, dishes added to the Qatar plate, guides read, files downloaded or pages shared. Each count records only the date, the action and the page or item. It does not record your name, your IP address, anything you type, or your answers, and it does not use cookies. Only the DAQIQ team can see these totals.
What stays on your device
Items you save in My DAQIQ, your progress, quiz scores, clinic questions, meal plans and low blood sugar card details are stored only in your own browser. They are never sent to us. You can clear them at any time from the My DAQIQ page.
Forms
When you send a message, register your interest, apply or subscribe, the details you enter are sent to our secure form service and to the DAQIQ team’s email. We use them only to reply to you and to contact you about DAQIQ. We do not sell or share them, and we never ask health questions on this website.
Registering interest in studies
Registering your interest means we may contact you when a study opens. It does not enrol you in any study. Each study has its own ethics approval, information sheet and consent form.
Website feedback
The feedback form is anonymous and used only to improve this website. It is not research data.
Research
No research data is collected on this website. Our studies run on ethics-approved platforms.
